Job Details:

• Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 per year (weekly draw pay + uncapped commissions + bonuses)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)

• Location: Business-to-business, in-person

As a Field Sales Professional , you will:

• Challenge the status quo and identify new business opportunities in your territory.

• Build deep, meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.

• Present tailored supplemental insurance solutions that provide real value and protection.

• Drive sales while maintaining integrity, transparency, and focus on client needs.

• Share insights, mentor colleagues, and contribute to team success while achieving personal goals.

• Already licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain your state Health & Life producer license ( training and reimbursement provided )

• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
