Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Functions Statement(s)Records data manually or using the computer.Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigates discrepancies or adjusts errors.Keeps records on the use and/or damage of inventory.Examines and inspects stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.Provides assistance or direction to other warehouse Team Members or managers.Ability to drive forklift trucks and other motorized equipment to conduct inventory and bay audits.Prepares and maintains records and reports of inventories, shortages, shipments.Prepares and participates in cycle counts.Cross trains in space planning to help support roles when needed.Works with Quality/Recoup group with quality holds and quality hold reworks.Works with Quality/Recoup group with carton inventory and ordering.Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.Performs all other duties as assigned or needed by Holman.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSCompetency Statement(s)Attendance – Ability to work the required schedule and arrive at work on time. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.Analytical Skills – Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.Research Skills – Ability to design and conduct a systematic, objective, and critical investigation.Accountability – Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.Customer Oriented – Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.Autonomy – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Safety Awareness – Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect Team Member safety.SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.Experience: Two (2) to three (3) years related inventory experience preferred.Computer Skills: Intermediate personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. Strong working knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word, and some Access.
