The firm has a robust caseload in federal and state courts against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. Focusing on the prosecution of consumer and employment class and representative actions, involving wage‑and‑hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters. The firm has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of thousands of employees and consumers in California. Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position presents a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of legal issues in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of matters, including transactional, class action, and employee‑related issues. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on our organization by advising on key strategic decisions and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year Responsibilities Provide legal advice and guidance on a broad range of issues, including transactional matters, class action lawsuits, and employee‑related issues. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, such as court trials and mediation. Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision‑making and policy development. Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the organization’s interests and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with other members of the legal team and work closely with various departments within the organization. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect the organization and provide regular updates to senior management. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of experience in transactional law, class action lawsuits, and employee‑related issues. Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex legal issues in a practical manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non‑legal personnel. High ethical standards and professional integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the legal industry is a must.
