Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; will consider first time travelers with 2-3 years of experience and either Epic or Cerner exp 2. Cases: Must have Cardiac experience; M/S Tele & Tele units - medical, surgical & observation units 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; copy of certifications required 4. License: MA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Documentation System - Cerner; Cerner experienced preferred but not required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; every other weekend coverage; traveler can work in 2 different units in a 12 hour shift depending on need 8. RTO: RTO at time of submission 9. Returning Staff: Return Staff must wait a 1 year period before eligible to return as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: Standard contract length is 14 weeks; first timers okay 11. Special Equipment: Avasure system which is video system that watches up to 12 patients Critical: Patient ratios 1:5 for days and nights. Skills required include interpretation of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, manage cardiac drips, telemetry, titration of insulin drips, Cardizem drips, Amiodarone drips GTT exp. COVID-19 vaccine required with no exemptions. Float pool experience preferred.
