About the Role
Are you a sales-driven professional with a talent for building relationships and exceeding targets? We're seeking an Aesthetic Sales Lead (Sales Manager) who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering both results and exceptional client experiences.
This is more than a front desk role you'll be a key revenue driver, upselling services and crafting custom solutions that leave clients coming back for more. What You'll Do
- Drive Sales & Revenue: Promote spa services, treatments, and packages to both new and loyal clients.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Craft personalized recommendations that align with client needs and maximize sales.
- Build Client Relationships: Foster loyalty by creating exceptional client experiences and following up with care.
- Exceed Goals: Consistently meet and surpass individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate Creatively: Work with the team to design promotions and strategies that attract and retain clients.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with spa trends, wellness services, and new offerings to better serve and impress clients.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure every client leaves satisfied.
What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience (spa, wellness, or hospitality industries preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect, influence, and inspire trust
- A relationship builder who understands and anticipates client preferences
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding performance targets
- Spa industry knowledge is a bonus enthusiasm for health and wellness is a must
- Highly organized, energetic, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to daily tasks
