Job Summary
Join our team as a Sales Associate/Warehouse Associate where you will play a crucial role in our operations. This position is full time. We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance. Responsibilities
- Take orders over the phone and at the front counter.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
- Utilize forklifts and other equipment for moving heavy items within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist in general warehouse tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Skills
- Experience in retail, phone, internet sales.
- Proficiency with MS Office and POS software.
- Experience with forklift operation and loading/unloading procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
