Role Description The Vascular Sonographer at PREventClinic Inc. is responsible for performing high‑quality vascular ultrasound examinations to support cardiovascular and preventive care services. Day‑to‑day tasks include preparing patients for diagnostic studies, operating ultrasound equipment, acquiring and interpreting vascular images, and documenting findings in accordance with clinical protocols. The role involves close collaboration with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. This is a contract, on‑site role based in Sandy Springs, GA, requiring consistent in‑person interaction with patients and clinical staff and adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Certification and credentials: American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or eligibility for ARDMS certification. Clinical domain expertise: Knowledge in Cardiology and Vascular imaging, with experience performing vascular diagnostic studies. Additional imaging proficiency: Skills in Abdominal ultrasound and general Medicine‑related sonography are beneficial. Technical and professional skills: Ability to operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, follow standardized protocols, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Patient care and communication: Strong interpersonal skills, commitment to patient‑centered care, and ability to explain procedures clearly and respectfully. Experience and education: Graduate of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program; prior experience in a clinical or cardiology setting is preferred.
