Accounts Receivable/Collections

Highly reputable transportation company in Murfreesboro, TN is currently looking for a dynamic, smart and inquisitive AR/Collections associate to research freight invoices and assist with maintaining smooth cash flow. We love technology so we are looking for someone who is tech savvy and willing to learn our AR processes.  This position offers stability, growth, and an positive work environment along with an excellent benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K match and more. 

salary: $44,000 - $45,800 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Full-Time hourly position 
• Collections - including research and outreach
• Resolve unapplied or misapplied payments
• Reconcile A/R and ensure accurate cash posting
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Maintain detailed records/transactions using Workday
