We are currently growing our fleets, so we are hiring CDL-A Dry Van Drivers for both regional and OTR lanes from your area. Pay & Details - New Pay Increase!: Base pay range: $1,250 - $1,920 weekly , plus when you add performance and experience bonuses you get an extremely competitive total compensation package! Average $65,000 - $99,000 per year Consistent miles: at least 2,500 miles per week Competitive mileage pay and bonuses Experience-based bonuses (Veterans, Hazmat endorsement, Longevity, etc.) Longevity Bonus – $0.04 CPM mileage bonus on 10,000 miles per month Hazmat Bonus – $600 at 6 months and $600 at 1 year $100 Extra Orientation Pay with Hazmat endorsement $0.02 CPM Bonus when Pulling a Placard Load with Hazmat endorsement Performance-based bonuses (Idle, Mileage, Layover, Breakdown, Referral, and more) Home time & schedule – on the road for 7-10 days and great home time Route: Western United States, including CA, NV, AZ, UT, CO, WA, OR, and ID Level of touch: no-touch freight - hands-free, 70% drop & hook, and live loads/unloads Benefits & Advantages: New automatic trucks – Freightliners and Volvos no older than 3 years Premium Features: Enjoy luxury interiors, ELSs, Prepass, Andrus App and Platform Science ELD’s for seamless operations.
