You must be prepared to complete paid tasks that require one hour of uninterrupted work , though many are shorter. What you’ll bring Accounting Background: you have an accounting degree, professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA etc.), or relevant experience as an accountant. Attention to Detail: the ability to review complex documentation and identify key nuances or inaccuracies. Critical Thinking: an "accounting mind" capable of providing logical, fact‑based reasoning to support your answers. Knowledge Sharing: providing expert feedback to help bridge the gap between human expertise and machine learning.
