This position is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. Pay range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.Key Responsibilities:Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and assist during the turn processInspect the community throughout the day to remove debris, and ensure all common areas and amenities are always neat and free of litter, (including but not limited to; lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other common interior areas).Remove debris and remaining items from vacant units prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.Other duties as assigned.Who You Are: (Requirements of the Position)1+ years of grounds experience preferredDemonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communicationsAbility to establish priorities, work independently, and multi-task effectivelyStrong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skillsAbility to work as part of a teamMust be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.Why You'll Love Working Here: CONAM Management Corporation is more than just a job — it's a career where you can grow and be recognized for your expertise in Property Management.
