ServiceNow SecOps Engineer

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CIS-VR (Vulnerability Response)
• CIS-SecOps
• OT Discovery and OT VM Certifications
• OT Visibility integrating with solutions like Maximo, Qualys, Tenable, Forescout
• OT Vulnerability Management and populate the CMDB

• Design and build bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and Tanium, Maximo, Forescout, Qualys using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub spokes, custom scripted APIs
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization for asset, configuration, and vulnerability data between ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM and source systems
• Build and maintain integration error handling, retry logic, logging, monitoring/alerting
• Map and normalize data schemas across platforms

• Automate full vulnerability management lifecycle in ServiceNow: ingestion, asset/CI correlation, risk scoring/prioritization, assignment, remediation workflow, verification, closure
• Build ServiceNow Flow Designer/Workflow automations for remediation tasks, approvals, exception/risk-acceptance, SLA-based escalations
• Configure automated ticketing and work order creation in Maximo tied back to ServiceNow vulnerability records
• Implement automated network segmentation/containment triggers leveraging Forescout
• Build logic to reconcile Tanium patch/configuration data with Qualys scan results

• Configure ServiceNow to document all actions during vulnerability lifecycle including timestamps, source system, decision rationale, approvals, remediation evidence
• Build reporting dashboards and performance analytics using ServiceNow Performance Analytics/Reporting
• Maintain integration and workflow documentation, runbooks, and data flow diagrams

• Apply OT-appropriate remediation strategies when direct patching not feasible
• Partner with OT engineering and plant/site teams to ensure no disruption to production or safety systems
• Maintain unified IT/OT asset and vulnerability inventory within ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM

• Work with Security Operations, IT, OT Engineering, and Compliance teams on workflow requirements, escalation paths, risk acceptance criteria
• Support change management and testing (dev/test/prod)
• Provide expertise on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and OT Security module capabilities and roadmap

• 4+ years experience administering or engineering on ServiceNow platform including Vulnerability Response and/or OT/IoT Security modules
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server configuration
• Experience building two-way integrations with two or more: Tanium, Qualys, Forescout, Maximo
• Understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle concepts
• Working knowledge of OT/ICS/SCADA environments
• Experience with JavaScript for custom ServiceNow development
• Strong understanding of API authentication methods: OAuth2, mutual TLS, API keys
• Excellent documentation skills for audit-ready records
