We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support a high-impact Finance and Revenue Analytics team focused on advertising revenue performance, financial reporting, and business insights. This role will drive reporting, dashboard development, revenue analysis, experimentation measurement, and deep-dive investigations across large-scale datasets to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Financial Analytics

• Support weekly business reporting and dashboard updates.
• Perform month-end financial analysis and revenue reporting activities.
• Troubleshoot revenue and payout-related issues and identify root causes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into revenue performance trends and anomalies.
• Support ad hoc business requests related to customer behavior, feature adoption, and business performance.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that measure program and business performance.
• Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor business health and key performance indicators.
• Analyze customer response, engagement, conversion, retention, and feature adoption metrics.

Experimentation & Data Analysis

• Perform statistical analysis of A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Utilize data mining, segmentation, and modeling techniques to generate actionable insights.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Collaborate closely with finance, business, and leadership teams to answer strategic business questions.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
• Present findings and recommendations that influence business decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, finance analytics, or related fields.
• Strong experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong Tableau experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Strong quantitative, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in statistics, finance, economics, mathematics, analytics, or programming.
• Experience with SAS.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, revenue analytics, or advertising analytics environments.
• Experience performing statistical testing and experimentation analysis.
