WHO WE ARE: The Drift Inn is a classic neighborhood diner, offering breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, cocktails, and ice cream. We’re built around the idea that good food and drink, at a reasonable price is a timeless value that anyone can get behind. It’s not nostalgia, it's just a good restaurant!

THE JOB: As a member of the Front of House you'll be the main face of the the diner. From the greeting to the goodbye, you'll be a part of a team already known for providing great, friendly service! You'll be in-charge of a section of 5+ tables so being organized and detail oriented is a must! But know that you'll be at a neighborhood restaurant full of regulars and people that are glad to be there!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Personable and enjoys working with a diverse team
• Ability to think on your feet and roll with the changes
• Personal interest and enthusiasm for good food and good hospitality
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)

• Keep the BoH vs FoH drama out of this restaurant! Everyone is working hard making this place run.

Service Quality Responsibilities

• Have passion for the American diner as a restaurant! Diners are cool!
• Be able to multi-task and manage 5+ tables at once. 
• Take an interest in the food and drinks we serve and be able to discuss them with guests. 
• Follow the checklists and guides to make sure that you're completing all tasks and setting the next shift up for success. 
• Take pride in improving the quality of your work each day.

PAY: Starting at $13-15/hr + tip pool, (ends up between $19 and $24 depending on the week) higher wage based upon experience
