This role is responsible for safely loading, unloading, moving, and storing products while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates REACH TRUCK OPERATOR (CROWN REACH) | RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate a Crown Reach Truck/Stand-Up Forklift and other material handling equipment. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS). Locate, retrieve, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse. Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement. Verify shipment accuracy and report inventory discrepancies. Follow warehouse safety procedures and quality standards. Assist with other warehouse functions as needed and provide support during team absences. REACH TRUCK OPERATOR (CROWN REACH) | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ year of Crown Reach Truck/Stand-Up Forklift experience required Experience operating multiple types of material handling equipment, including reach trucks, order pickers, and counterbalance forklifts. Ability to read and interpret warehouse and distribution documents. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment. Preferred Skills Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Work Environment Warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Exposure to varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels.
