Equipment may include, but is not limited to:Carton erectorsPartition insertersProduct inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)Foil dispensersTop closersPalletization equipmentManual responsibilities include:Loading, building and make boxesHand packaging of bottlesLoading labelsMaintenance includes:Perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operationsMaterial Handling:Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materialsDocumentation:Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checksPerform changeover's of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, …)Applies correct labelsPerform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defectsHousekeepingWhat Makes You GreatPerformance Measurements:Accurately following all labeling proceduresQuality checksEducation/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent6 months of manufacturing experience preferredAdditional Requirements:Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hoursAble to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneouslyHigh cleanliness standards for the machines and work areaPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
