Schedule 8-hour Day Shift, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week and the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Antioch, TN. This position primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedic care and requires a professional with outpatient experience. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy interventions to patients. Responsibilities Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Ensure effective therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery. Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day. Manage follow-up visits with a potential for double-booking. Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide superior patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Outpatient experience is preferred.
