Job Description
TITLE: Registered Nurse - Acute Care

SCHEDULE:
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
- Cerner experience: Preferred

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Conduct assessments and analyses to determine patient diagnosis and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans, promoting health and ensuring a safe environment.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
