You'll build pipelines, partner with leaders, and help candidates take the next step in their careers—all while delivering a smooth, positive hiring experience from start to finish. Health, dental, and vision insurance available to you on day 1 of employment Excellent work-life balance, 18 days paid time off plus 7 paid holidays Hybrid/Remote work schedule; work 2 days in office and 3 from home 6% company contribution to 401K with immediate investing Growth and development opportunities Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles Source and screen candidates Coordinate interviews and drive timely hiring decisions Partner with leaders to support hiring needs Ensure a consistent, compliant recruiting process Support hiring events and build candidate pipelines Qualifications We're seeking a candidate with an Associate degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience, along with at least one year of relevant work experience involving independent decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
