Real Estate Land Management / Paralegal

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Realty Technician and provide support to the Project Technical Support Supervisor within the Real Property Field Services organization. This assignment involves office work (50%) and field work (50%) to support Realty Specialists within their respective regional offices, involving overnight travel, throughout the service area of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Western Montana, Northern Nevada, Northern California, and Western Wyoming. This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid based in Kalispell, MT; Pasco, WA; Portland, OR with onsite as workload demands. The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09) is between $26.24 and $34.09 depending on related qualifications, location and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree is preferred. 3 years of property management, real estate, title review or related work experience is required. Course work or experience related to Real Estate principles, practices, precedent cases, and comprehension of the technicalities of government real property procedures, rules and regulations is required. Professional knowledge of the principles, practices, techniques, and underlying concepts of Real Property Services, which may include Geospatial Services, Survey and Mapping, Real Property Field Services, Realty Support Services, or experience coordinating projects that include these support services. Knowledge of real estate documents including but not limited to Warranty Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Mortgages, Quit Claim Deeds, Liens, property title reports, and assessor/treasurer property information reports. Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required. U.S. Citizens only for Federal Clearance Requirement.
