About the Role Director of IDD Independent Living & Day Services at GoodLife Innovations. Based in Wichita, KS, this role manages a residential network and day service program for semi‑independent adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The director ensures a high quality of life for the persons served, fosters a team of well‑trained staff, oversees the Neighborhood Network and Rise programs, and maintains compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities Ensure strong, effective communication and teamwork within the Neighborhood Network and Rise. Develop and implement high‑quality individualized daily activity schedules. Communicate with parents/guardians and program supervisors. Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and medication administration. Assist with annual budget development and review budget compliance reports to facilitate budget compliance. Maintain compliance with all relevant licensing standards and regulations, provide guidance and training, and serve as liaison for licensing entities. Participate in weekend on‑call rotation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human development, or a related discipline (preferred). One to two years of experience in a position of similar scope (preferred). Supervisory experience required. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Ability to participate in weekend on‑call rotation.
