Mill Road School is a K-8 special education school serving students with a wide range of learning, social-emotional, and behavioral needs. Staff members are encouraged to expand their knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities while working alongside experienced educators and related service providers who value teamwork and innovation.### Primary Responsibilities* Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using a variety of formal and informal assessment tools.* Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans aligned with students' IEP goals.* Provide direct and consultative speech and language services in individual, small group, and classroom-based settings according to each student's needs.* Collaborate closely with teachers, BCBA, social workers, occupational therapists, support staff, administrators, and families to support student communication across educational environments.* Prepare clear and comprehensive evaluation reports, progress summaries, and other required documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.* Participate actively in PPT meetings by presenting assessment findings, contributing to collaborative problem-solving, and making data-informed recommendations.* Support the implementation of communication strategies that enhance student participation, social interaction, and access to the curriculum.* Maintain accurate service logs and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.## Qualifications* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.* Valid state licensure (061 and Public Health license) and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).* Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aces
