• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience

• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Load securement, tarping, and chain-up procedures to protect freight on open deck trailers.
• Perform diligent pre-trip/post-trip inspections and complete required log and paperwork tasks.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and shippers to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Compensation & Equipment:

• Competitive pay at 80% of gross; weekly gross commonly ranges $7,500–$10,000.
• One-year lease-to-own program using 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units.
