Advanced Therapeutic GI opening in OHLocated in Lima, OhioFull-Time & PermanentRequirements:

BE/BC
Fellowship trained in Advanced Therapeutic
Competitive Guaranteed Base Salary + wRVU- Based productivity bonus incentive structure
Strong internal referrals, immediate leadership input, and the ability to expand and shape an advanced endoscopy program within a highly supportive environment.
Join a collaborative team of 5 physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers, benefiting from on-site procedural facilities and an outstanding hospital partnership.
Build and expand an Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy service line
Strong referral base with immediate procedural demand
On-site Endoscopy Suite with anesthesia support
Capabilities to support advanced procedures such as: EUS, ERCP, EMR / ES, Stenting, Advanced luminal & biliary interventions
Excellent relationship with the local hospital for complex cases
Immediate practice decision-making input and meaningful clinical autonomy
1:6 shared call (office + ER), ensuring balanced workload
