As a Final Assembly - Production Associate at Marvin, you’ll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature‑controlled facility. This role includes work areas that require frequent heavy lifting, full‑body movement, and handling large materials up to 75 pounds. Every day is active and hands‑on. No experience? Lift, carry, and move materials up to 75 pounds using proper technique and teamwork Handle large and bulky window components, including pushing and positioning completed units onto carts Perform frequent physical movements such as twisting, pulling, bending, and lifting from mid‑section to chest height Use tools and equipment while following visual and written instructions to keep production moving efficiently Select a schedule that works for your life: *Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.

Monday – Thursday: Days:

5:00 am – 3:30 pm

Pay:

$18.50 per hour Evenings:

3:30 pm – 1:30 am

Pay $21.50 per hour You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
