Field & Office Registered Nurse - Home Health Admissions

Fortcom Health Services

Fortcom Health Services is seeking a compassionate and highly organized Full-Time Field/Office Registered Nurse to join our Adult Family/Foster Care (AFC) team. This role supports new member admissions and ensures all clinical documentation is complete to start services, with a balance of field-based and office duties. Intake RNs will conduct in-home supervisory visits every other month as required, enter data accurately, collaborate with caregivers and the Program Director, and participate in #J-18808-Ljbffr Fortcom Health Services
