What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Understand and effectively sell/refer bank products and services.
  • Perform a wide range of banking transactions, including account openings and various payments.
  • Execute teller duties, including financial transactions and cash drawer balancing.
  • Solve customer needs through effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Ensure strict adherence to security, compliance, and retail banking policies, including BSA and OFAC.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and a neat, orderly work environment.
  • Participate in community projects and foster strong internal working relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of retail banking or retail sales and service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sales and service-oriented personality.
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge; banking application experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and evenings on a rotating schedule.
