What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Understand and effectively sell/refer bank products and services.
- Perform a wide range of banking transactions, including account openings and various payments.
- Execute teller duties, including financial transactions and cash drawer balancing.
- Solve customer needs through effective problem-solving techniques.
- Ensure strict adherence to security, compliance, and retail banking policies, including BSA and OFAC.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a neat, orderly work environment.
- Participate in community projects and foster strong internal working relationships.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of retail banking or retail sales and service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Demonstrated sales and service-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge; banking application experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and evenings on a rotating schedule.
