Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir dich als SAP Business One Berater (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Ab sofort und Remote, mit gelegentlicher Reisebereitschaft.
Deine Mission:
- Interne Migration unserer eigenen Business-One-Landschaft auf SAP HANA.
- Begleitung von Partnern und Endkunden bei der Migration ihrer Business-One-Systeme in die Cloudiax Cloud.
- Entwicklung nachvollziehbarer Migrationsstrategien und Bewertung bestehender Customizing, Add-ons und Prozesse.
- Gestaltung der zukünftigen Business-One-Architektur – Richtung Version 11, Web Client First, HANA, Linux/Kubernetes und KI-gestützte Prozessautomatisierung über AXeLANT.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Interne HANA-Migration:
- Fachliche Begleitung der Migration unserer eigenen SAP-Business-One-Umgebung von Microsoft SQL Server auf SAP HANA.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Development und DevOps zur Entwicklung von Best Practices.
- Dokumentation von Erfahrungen, Stolpersteinen und bewährten Vorgehensweisen.
- Kundenberatung & Migration:
- Begleitung von Partnern und Endkunden bei der Migration bestehender On-Premise-B1-Systeme in die Cloudiax Cloud.
- Analyse gewachsener Systemlandschaften (Customizing, Individualentwicklungen, Add-Ons) und ehrliche Bewertung der Migrationsfähigkeit.
- Entwicklung konkreter, nachvollziehbarer Migrationsfahrpläne.
- Technischer und prozessualer Ansprechpartner für Partner und Kunden während der Migration.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Partnermanagement und Entwicklung zur frühzeitigen Identifikation und Begleitung von Migrationsprojekten.
- Konzeption & Zielarchitektur:
- Aktive Mitgestaltung an der Zielarchitektur für Business One Version 11 (Linux, Kubernetes, Web Client) bei Cloudiax.
- Einbringung von Prozesswissen zur Identifikation von Business-One-Prozessen und -Schwachstellen.
- Engagement mit dem Innovations- und Produktteam an der Weiterentwicklung von AXeLANT.
- Bewertung des Service Layers als API-Fundament für neue Erweiterungen und Integrationen.
- Aufbau von internem Wissen zu gängigen B1-Add-Ons und deren Bewertung.
Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP Business One Berater, idealerweise mit Migrations-, Rollout- oder Systemwechselprojekten.
- Sehr gutes Prozesswissen in SAP Business One sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen Komponenten wie dem Service-Layer und externen Add-ons.
- Kenntnis der Business-One-Welt und Fähigkeit, Chancen, Grenzen und Risiken realistisch einzuschätzen.
- Interesse an modernen Business-One-Technologien wie Web Client, Cloud, Linux/Kubernetes und KI.
- Kommunikationsstärke zur verständlichen Erklärung komplexer technischer Zusammenhänge.
- Konzeptionelles Arbeiten und Verbindung der Anforderungen von heute mit der Zielarchitektur von morgen.
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch.
