Quality Systems Coordinator

Key AccountabilitiesAssist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).Perform internal quality audits and support external audits (customer, registrar, and compliance audits).Serve as a primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, complaints, and returns.Investigate customer and vendor returns, including root cause analysis and resolution communication.Communicate findings and corrective actions clearly to customers and stakeholders.Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities.Document and track quality issues, audit results, and corrective actions.Maintain visual management boards and quality documentation.Work safely on warehouse floor around machinery and follow all safety protocols.This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
