Nurse Practitioner - Behavioral Health

Role Overview Full‑time (4 days per week) Monday–Friday. No nights or weekends. Flexible, onsite, round‑and‑go model with remote documentation. Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental‑status examinations. Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns. Provide brief interventions and behavioral management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings. Work in post‑acute and long‑term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). Coverage area includes Batesville, Lawrenceburg, and Columbus, Indiana. Compensation and Benefits Estimated compensation range: $133,570 – $158,685 annually, with no cap on productivity income. Base salary plus productivity; W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k). Back‑end infrastructure and clinical support provided. Qualifications Active, unrestricted Indiana license as a PMHNP‑C or Psych PA‑C. Active DEA license or willingness to obtain. Experience with older adults or post‑acute care preferred.
