Data Analytics Contractor

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Contractor to join our client's team in the analytics sector. In this role, you will contribute to analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports, and collaborating with project teams to deliver relevant analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize data findings.
• Utilize statistical and analytical tools to perform data analysis and generate insights.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience mentoring and developing talent.
• Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm.
• Skilled at gaining consensus when differing viewpoints are presented.
• Demonstrates leadership, maturity, and accountability through extra-curricular and community activities.
• Develops and manages project budgets/resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably Eloqua or Salesforce.
• Proficient in statistical techniques and tools to derive insights from large, complex data environments.
