Role Description: The Warehouse Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hubbardston, MA. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping Gaylord boxes and pallets. The Warehouse Manager will manage inventory levels, coordinate stock rotation, and ensure accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound materials. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting a safe working environment in compliance with company policies. The role also involves operating and overseeing forklift use, optimizing space utilization, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer delivery requirements and service standards. Qualifications Strong stock control and inventory control skills to ensure accurate tracking and efficient organization of warehouse materials. Experience in inventory management and operations management to oversee warehouse workflows and maintain optimal inventory levels. Proficiency in forklift operation and familiarity with material handling equipment to safely move and store products. Ability to lead and develop warehouse staff, with solid communication and team management skills. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Basic computer skills for using inventory systems and generating reports; experience with warehouse management software is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
