Position: Diagnostic Radiologist
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Our organization is excited to present a career opportunity for a General Diagnostic Radiologist, with a preference for candidates who specialize in Body Radiology. The ideal candidate should be board certified or board eligible and have a keen interest in academic pursuits and teaching. This role primarily involves daytime hours.
About the Medical CenterValleywise Health Medical Center (VHMC) is a community-focused hospital that sees around 20,000 inpatient admissions each year. As a level one Burn/Trauma center, it serves as the essential safety net hospital for Maricopa County, located in the metropolitan area of Phoenix, AZ.
Role OverviewOur organization provides a comprehensive Radiology practice that encompasses all modalities. The Radiology team also serves as academic faculty for the Creighton University Radiology Residency Program, which is a collaborative initiative between VHMC and Dignity Health. Faculty appointments are available through our academic affiliations with both the Creighton University School of Medicine and the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix.
Employment DetailsThis position is offered through our organization, which consists of over 450 physicians in a multi-specialty group dedicated to delivering patient care and educational services for VHMC.
