Budget Analyst

Position: Budget Analyst/Financial Analyst II Location: Atlanta, GA – Minimum 4 days onsite Duration: 18+months contract extendable Position Overview The Budget Analyst will be part of the O2C Reimbursement Team within Platform Services , supporting Coca-Cola North America Foodservice and various levels of the Sales organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the Customer Reimbursement process , including financial analysis, payment scorecard reviews, contract compliance, reconciliations, and related reporting. The analyst will verify that customer reimbursement funding is aligned with approved contractual agreements and accurately processed. This position will work closely with Finance, Sales, CCBSS (Volume Team), PLUS, Corporate Audit, and other internal stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues and maintain data accuracy and integrity. Key Responsibilities Manage the Customer Reimbursement process and related financial analyses. Review customer payment scorecards to ensure reimbursement funding complies with contractual agreements. Ensure customer and bottler contracts are administered according to established terms and performance requirements. Reconcile payments and ensure financial commitments are calculated and fulfilled accurately and on time. Create and maintain Beverage Marketing programs in BRIM . Manage prepaids and lease revenue activities. Provide financial training and education to the Sales organization. Respond to auditor questions and support internal and external audit activities . Prepare financial reports and provide information for routine and ad-hoc management requests. Review financial data, inputs, methodologies, and reports for accuracy, completeness, reasonableness, and compliance . Identify, research, and resolve data integrity issues, variances, and outstanding financial/operational inquiries . Download information and run reports related to areas such as brand contribution, P&L, DME, expenses, volume, and other financial measures . Maintain and monitor standard data, including volume, master data, and performance measures . Develop and maintain administrative processes and systems that support internal controls and accurate financial reporting . Review source documentation, contracts, supporting documents, and financial records to ensure proper filing and documentation. Collaborate with HQ functions, field management, Finance, and other stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution. Support various Sales and Management ad-hoc requests . Required Skills & Qualifications Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Experience with Power BI and similar reporting/analytics applications. Understanding of basic accounting principles , including debits, credits, accruals, and transactional accounting. Knowledge of financial policies, procedures, reporting, and budgeting . Ability to analyze and validate financial data and identify inconsistencies or variances. Understanding of customer agreements, financial transactions, reconciliations, and accounting implications . Strong attention to detail and ability to review financial information for accuracy. Ability to prepare and complete financial forms, reports, and supporting documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with Finance, Sales, Audit, and cross-functional teams . Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
