ON-SITE FLEET SOUTIONS is looking for a Service Tech that will be doing mostly oil changes and tire mount and balance. Knowledge of tire mounting and balancing is Required. We are looking for an experienced individual that will be the lead Tech/Manager of the Kansas City Expansion at the airport. You will be working in a shop with a floor lift and tire balancing and mounting machine available. All shop tools are supplied by the company. Uniforms and Hats will be provided by us as well.

We are a company that has been in the lube industry for 23 years. Our company will train all employees for this position.

This position is working with the Rental Car Market located at the Kansas City International Airport. knowledge of changing oil on many makes and models is required.

Pay: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour with bonuses awarded for hard work.

Our company does not hold back a week checks. You will be paid on Friday after starting.

Full time is a five day per week schedule...... Monday Through Friday 8am till 5pm or Sunday Through Thursday same hours

Job duties include: (All vehicles serviced are new vehicles ranging from 2025 to 2026)

Knowledge of changing oil and oil filters on the following vehicles. BMW, Mercedes, Volvos, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Kia, Dodge, Toyota, Jeep and GMC vehicles consisting of all the models of those listed.

Knowledge of tire mounting and balancing.

Knowledge of Brake pad and rotor swaps

General knowledge of rotating tires front to back.

We DO NOT do any mechanical issues on ANY vehicles other than the ones mentioned. This job is simply a Oil and Oil filter replacement, safety walk around looking for any potential issues, and Tire Rotation Position on the makes and models listed above. Two days a week ONLY will be doing vehicle inspections, Tire mount and balancing and brake pad and rotor swaps. Other three days will be oil and oil filter changes and some tire rotations. This is a five day per week position Mon. - Fri.

We are looking for a EXPERIENCE TECH ONLY. WILL NOT INTERVIEW IF NO EXPERIENCE.
