Front Desk & Member Experience Specialist

Genesis Health Clubs in Fort Collins is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage guest check-ins, member retention, and deliver quality customer service. This role requires friendly communication and the ability to work at the front desk in a fast-paced fitness environment. You will be responsible for answering phones, handling cash, and coordinating with staff while maintaining a clean, organized reception area.
