What You'll Do
- Meet with warm, inbound residential leads to assess their gutter and water management needs.
- Conduct professional, educational, on-site sales consultations.
- Network and build lasting relationships with local referral partners to drive organic business opportunities.
- Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospective clients using modern sales tools.
- Represent our brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to 5-star customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience required (consultative or home services sales experience is a plus).
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving homeowner problems.
- Driven & Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, deadline-focused, and eager to grow professionally.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate trust.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales software, tablets, and mobile technology in the field.
