Food Service Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work alongside our top leaders in a fast-growing, cutting-edge food service management company and become an important part of our team. Our ideal candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help keep long term projects on track, and handle more urgent requirements. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, has an incredible eye for detail and seeking a challenging, ever-evolving, fast paced role.

Essential Functions:
* Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
* Communicating with teams and assisting with project management
* Managing and facilitating a large volume of email replies
* Reviewing agreements and reports
* Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
* Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
* Performing minor accounting duties
* Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
* Performs additional related dutes as assigned by leadership

* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Strong Microsoft office knowledge, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Ability to learn & work with technology/software
* Successfully pass a criminal background check
