Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care within a healthcare setting. The role requires assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients physical and functional abilities to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
  
  
• 
  Deliver occupational therapy services following established standards and protocols.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and maintain accurate records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  
  
• 
  Comply with all facility policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Nebraska.
  
  
• 
  Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  
  
• 
  Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
