This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops) Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievement Perform ride‑alongs (4–5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weekly Review and adjust schedules, complete cancel‑save appointments Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews Build a positive, high‑performing team culture aligned with company goals Requirements One‑call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Details W2, OTE $175,000–$350,000+ (draw, commission & bonuses paid weekly) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days) Full‑time, weekends required Field‑based role #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Genius Exteriors
