Work in a family-oriented environment with modern technology while making a real impact.Schedule:Thursday & Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PMResponsibilities:Perform prophylaxis, including subgingival debridementAssess and document periodontal conditions, including gingivitis and periodontitisApply fluoride and preventive therapeutic agentsRecord clinical findings and support diagnosis and treatment planningPresent treatment plans and provide oral hygiene instructionObtain dental radiographs and impressions; maintain accurate clinical recordsCommunicate findings clearly and professionally to patientsParticipate in required daily and weekly team meetingsRequirements:Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Kentucky.1–2 years of clinical dental hygiene experienceCurrent X-ray certification and CPR/BLS certificationFamiliarity with Denticon preferred; training providedStrong working knowledge of HIPAA complianceMust possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.If you are made a conditional offer of employment, you will be required to undergo background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening.
