If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making an impact, this is the opportunity for you.How You'll Make an Impact:Be the face of our firm on campus—lead, plan, and energize recruiting events like career fairs, networking sessions, and leadership programs across Michigan and Northern OhioEngage and inspire students through presentations, panels, and interactive experiencesChampion our brand by showcasing what makes our culture, people, and opportunities stand outIdentify top talent by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring journeyPartner closely with leaders across the firm to anticipate hiring needs and shape recruiting strategiesBuild meaningful relationships with professors, career services teams, and student organizations to strengthen our campus presenceThink creatively—explore new ideas, events, and channels to attract diverse and high-potential candidatesLeverage tools and technology to streamline the recruiting process and enhance candidate experienceSupport initiatives beyond campus recruiting, contributing to broader talent acquisition effortsYour Desired Skills, Experiences and Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related fieldExperience (or strong interest) in early talent development, talent acquisition, or campus engagementA natural ability to connect, communicate, and present with confidence and enthusiasmA passion for building relationships with students and helping them navigate and launch their careersExperience managing multiple recruiting initiatives, events, and timelines simultaneouslyFamiliarity with recruiting systems and Microsoft Office toolsWillingness and enthusiasm to travel and maintain a strong on-campus presence to connect with top talentWe Put People First in all that we do.
