Live-In Chha/Caregiver Needed – Tinton Falls, NJ AreaPreferred Care at Home is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced live-in caregiver for a male stroke survivor who recently returned home from rehabilitation.Client Overview:Male client, approximately 5'4" and 155 lbsStroke survivor with right-side weaknessWheelchair dependentRequires assistance with all activities of daily livingAlert, pleasant, and enjoys conversation and companionshipCaregiver Responsibilities:Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, diapering)Transfers using a slide boardMeal preparation and light housekeepingMedication remindersCompanionship and engagementMonitoring safety and comfort throughout the dayRequirements:Current CHHA certification requiredMust be able to safely perform slide board transfers and assist a wheelchair-bound client with mobility needsExperience caring for stroke survivors or clients with limited mobility strongly preferredPatient, dependable, and professionalStrong communication skillsSchedule:Live-in positionSleeping accommodations providedOngoing long-term assignmentWhy Join Preferred Care at Home?Supportive office team available 24/7Consistent schedule and hoursOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in a client's recovery and quality of lifeIf you have experience with slide board transfers and are looking for a rewarding live-in opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today or contact Preferred Care at Home of Monmouth & Ocean Counties for more information.
