This position provides user support, software testing, training, documentation, business process analysis, and vendor coordination to promote efficient operations, data integrity, and effective utilization of institutional technology resources. The full job description can be viewed on the Wharton County Junior College Website at Requirements Associate Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or closely related field or four years of related experience or a combination of education and work experience is required. Educational or work experience with relational databases such as SQL/PLSQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, or XML is required. A criminal background check is required. Skills: Troubleshooting and resolving functional application issues. Developing documentation, procedures, and training materials. Organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple assignments.
