Regional Operations Manager

About the Role

We’re hiring a Regional Operations Manager for Yardie Corp in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a great fit for a strategic, data-driven restaurant leader with experience in multi-unit environments and wants to scale a growing, well-loved brand.

What You’ll Do

Oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations
Drive profitability through P&L ownership, cost control and performance tracking
Develop and implement scalable systems, SOPs and operational standards
Lead, mentor and hold General Managers accountable to performance goals
Improve guest experience and service consistency across all locations
Analyze data (POS, labor, inventory) to identify trends and opportunities
Support expansion plans and collaborate with executive leadership
Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of restaurant operations experience
3-4 years as a General Manager
1-3 years of multi-unit management experience (3-5 locations minimum)
Strong understanding of P&L, labor, food cost and financial performance
Experience building systems and standardizing operations
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong analytical and tech skills (POS, scheduling, inventory systems)
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business (preferred)
Eligible to work in the U.S.
