Junior Associate Disability Attorney

Junior Associate Attorney We are seeking a licensed full-time attorney to join our team. This entry‑level attorney position leads to more opportunities in the future for promising new attorneys or attorneys new to the Social Security Disability practice area. Responsibilities Represent clients in hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges (approximately half to two thirds of the time). Perform other tasks as assigned, including answering client questions, reviewing and developing pre‑hearing and hearing level cases, conducting legal research, writing pre‑hearing brief memorandums, and drafting appeals council briefs. Maintain regular client contact via telephone, in person, mail, and email. Qualifications Attorney license. Reliability and dependability. Eagerness to learn and make a difference. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent legal writing skills. Ability to travel to hearings in other cities and states up to 70% of the time. Residence in one of the following states: CA, TX, GA, FL, NV, TN, DC, NC, SC. Knowledge of Social Security Disability Law preferred but not required. Benefits Fast‑paced and professional environment.
