Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Sales Agent for a remote, temp-to-hire opportunity supporting health insurance sales by phone. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional with strong sales skills, customer service experience, and the ability to help customers confidently choose the right coverage.

As a Sales Agent, you will work from home while assisting customers with health insurance options, providing quotes, managing leads, and meeting sales goals. This opportunity offers structured training, a supportive sales environment, and the potential to transition into a long-term role for candidates who perform well. Candidates in Mountain and Pacific Time Zones are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell health insurance products over the phone to prospective and existing customers.
- Provide accurate quotes and explain coverage options in a clear, professional manner.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads while maintaining timely follow-up.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals, productivity expectations, and compliance standards.
- Maintain required licensing and follow all applicable insurance guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $24 per hour.
- Assignment dates: August 24, 2026 through January 15, 2027.
- Opportunity: Potential temp-to-hire.
- Work arrangement: Remote, work from home.
- Must be available to report onsite for onboarding, training, or as needed.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST.
- Available shifts include:
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST.
- 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
- 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST.
- 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
