Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, radios, and/or incoming calls, and relay information to site personnel and responders in a calm, problem-solving manner. Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by documenting details, prioritizing calls for assistance, and helping to coordinate security-related response activity. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and daily activity records, including tracking officer assignments, shift activity, and key communications. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while observing conditions and reporting unusual activity, equipment issues, and/or access concerns. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
