We exist to be a source of hope and healing, creating safe, nurturing spaces where individuals can cultivate the roots of their own recovery story.As the Regional Clinical Director, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight across Monterey's residential and PHP/IOP programs while supporting clinical quality, staff development, and individualized eating disorder care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to therapists and multidisciplinary treatment teams across residential and PHP/IOP levels of careSupport treatment planning, documentation, group facilitation, and overall clinical programming for clients with eating disorders and co-occurring conditionsPartner closely with Operations and Compliance teams to support program effectiveness and adherence to company policies and clinical standardsLead treatment team meetings and collaborate with families, outpatient providers, and referral sources to support continuity of careMonitor clinical quality, patient outcomes, and program performance while supporting ongoing quality improvement initiativesSupport staff development, onboarding, training, and clinical growth across assigned programsParticipate in outreach and community engagement activities as neededQualificationsMaster's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field requiredActive independent clinical licensure requiredLeadership experience within behavioral health or eating disorder treatment settings requiredExperience supporting multidisciplinary treatment teams and multiple levels of care preferredBenefits That Support You At Alsana, we believe in caring for the people who make our mission possible.
