Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified CNA Certified Nurse Aide to join our family! As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide , you will provide direct nursing care to our residents according to established policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, including maintaining a safe and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant by the department of Health within four months of date of hire

• Previous nursing facility experience preferred
